Connect Gmail to Klaviyo
When an enquiry or signup arrives in Gmail, Spojit reads it with AI and creates or updates the Klaviyo profile on the right list. When the profile is new, Klaviyo's welcome flow takes over. You need a Gmail or Google Workspace account you authorize with Google sign-in, plus a Klaviyo private API key; describe the workflow and Miraxa builds it.
- Gmail · new enquirytrigger
- Extract lead with AIAI
- Upsert Klaviyo profileaction
- Add to listaction
- Welcome flow startsdone
Leads still arrive by email: contact forms that send to an inbox, wholesale enquiries, trade show signups. Spojit watches the Gmail label they land in, extracts the person and their interest with AI, and creates the Klaviyo profile on the right list, with consent recorded the way you collect it.

Why teams build this on Spojit
Klaviyo collects signups from its own forms, but not from leads that arrive in a Gmail inbox. Spojit closes that gap with the built-in Gmail trigger, AI extraction and the Klaviyo connector.
With Spojit
- Gmail trigger and Klaviyo connector are both built in.
- AI handles any email layout, including forwarded forms.
- Each email is processed once and labelled.
Gmail + Klaviyo, answered
Is consent handled?
Profiles can be added with the consent status you collect, and only to lists that match it.
Can it read spreadsheets of signups?
Yes. Spreadsheet attachments are read row by row.
Will it create duplicate profiles?
No. Profiles are matched on email and updated if they exist.
What is possible depends on your plan and authorized API access. Some Gmail and Klaviyo endpoints and capabilities are gated by the vendor (for example, parts of an API may require a higher tier, and write access can require a custom or add-on connection on an eligible plan), so not every workflow is available on every account from day one. You can request a feature or integration any time, and we will get in touch to figure out how to make it work.
