Connect Shopify to Klaviyo, your way
Klaviyo's native Shopify sync is strong. Spojit is for the custom flows it can't cover: enriched profiles, conditional sends, and logic that spans other tools.

Klaviyo already ships a deep native Shopify integration, so basic order and profile sync is solved. The gap is the bespoke part: routing high-value customers differently, enriching profiles from a warehouse, or triggering Klaviyo events from logic that lives outside Shopify. Spojit handles those edges without forcing everything through Klaviyo's flow builder.
Shopify and Klaviyo, working together
When an order is placed in Shopify
track a custom 'Placed Order' event with enriched line-item metadata in Klaviyo
When a customer's lifetime spend crosses a threshold in Shopify
add them to a VIP segment in Klaviyo
When a Shopify order is refunded
suppress the customer from active post-purchase flows in Klaviyo
When a product is back in stock in Shopify
trigger a back-in-stock event for subscribed profiles in Klaviyo
Built for how Shopify and Klaviyo really work
Profile enrichment
Pull data from any system Shopify doesn't expose and write it onto Klaviyo profiles as custom properties before a send.
Conditional event tracking
Use Agent Mode to classify orders or customers, then fire only the Klaviyo events that match your segmentation logic.
Two-way safe
Read Klaviyo segment membership back into Shopify tags so merchandising and email stay in sync.
Why teams build this on Spojit
Klaviyo's native Shopify integration is one of the best in commerce email: it syncs orders, customers, checkouts, and products out of the box, and you should use it for the basics. Teams add Spojit when they need profile enrichment from other systems, event logic that spans more than Shopify, or conditional routing the native flow builder can't express, all on execution-time pricing rather than Klaviyo's monthly tiers.
With Spojit
- Cover the long tail Klaviyo's native sync misses without writing webhooks by hand.
- Direct Mode runs deterministic order syncs with zero AI credits; reserve Agent Mode for enrichment and routing.
- Durable execution means a Klaviyo rate limit pauses and resumes the flow instead of dropping events.
Shopify + Klaviyo, answered
Should I replace Klaviyo's native Shopify integration with Spojit?
No. Keep the native sync for core order and profile data; use Spojit to add the custom enrichment, routing, and cross-system flows it doesn't cover.
Can Spojit write custom profile properties to Klaviyo?
Yes. Spojit can set any custom property on a Klaviyo profile, including values pulled from systems Shopify never sees.
Does every order sync cost AI credits?
No. Deterministic syncs run in Direct Mode at no AI cost; you only spend credits on steps that use Agent Mode for classification or enrichment.
What is possible depends on your plan and authorized API access. Some Shopify and Klaviyo endpoints and capabilities are gated by the vendor (for example, parts of an API may require a higher tier, and write access can require a custom or add-on connection on an eligible plan), so not every workflow is available on every account from day one. You can request a feature or integration any time, and we will get in touch to figure out how to make it work.
