Pricing, answered
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you only pay the difference; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- What are AI credits?
- AI credits are consumed by AI agent steps and the in-product assistant. Each plan includes a monthly allowance. You can buy top-ups any time, and top-up credits never expire.
- How does Direct Mode save credits?
- Direct Mode runs a connector tool with the arguments you supply, skipping the AI reasoning step. Same connector, no token cost. Mix Direct Mode and Agent Mode in the same workflow. Pay for AI only when you actually need it.
- What counts as an execution?
- An execution is one workflow run, end to end. Internal steps, retries, and parallel branches inside a single run do not count as separate executions.
- Do you offer annual billing discounts?
- Yes. Paying annually gives you two months free. The same plan for the price of ten months.
- What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
- By default we stop new executions until the next billing cycle so you never get a surprise bill. You can upgrade or buy credit top-ups any time.
- Do you offer custom plans?
- Yes. The Enterprise plan covers custom limits, SSO, dedicated support, and contractual SLAs. Get in touch and we will design a deployment that fits.
