Eligible revenue excludes taxes, refunds, chargebacks, separately purchased AI credits, third-party usage charges, professional services and other pass-through costs. Enterprise opportunities may use an individually agreed referral fee.

New customers
Commission applies to genuinely new customers who aren’t already active Spojit customers or part of an existing sales opportunity.
Opportunity registration
Register a prospect before a commercial engagement begins. Approved registrations are normally protected for 90 days while actively progressing.
Commission & payment
Calculated from eligible subscription revenue collected by Spojit (after discounts, refunds, chargebacks and taxes), and begins after two successful monthly payments. Paid quarterly.
Customer changes
Commission adjusts automatically if the customer upgrades or downgrades and stops when they cancel or cease payment.
