Export Magento orders to CSV every day

Every morning, Spojit reads the previous day's Adobe Commerce orders, builds a CSV with exactly the columns you choose, and emails it to finance or uploads it to an SFTP server.

How it works

The workflow, step by step

    1

    Run on a schedule

A schedule trigger starts the workflow at the time your team needs the file, for example 6am.

    2

    Read yesterday's orders

The Adobe Commerce connector lists orders created or updated in the window, page by page, so none are missed.

    3

    Shape the columns

A transform step picks and renames fields, such as order number, date, customer, totals, tax and status, and flattens order lines if you want one row per item.

    4

    Build the CSV

The CSV tools turn the rows into a file with the headers and delimiter your accounting or warehouse system expects.

    5

    Deliver it

The file is emailed as an attachment or uploaded to an FTP or SFTP folder, and the run is logged.

How Spojit connects Adobe Commerce

Adobe Commerce is a built-in connector in Spojit, connected with the access token from an integration you create in the Magento admin under System, Extensions, Integrations, plus your store URL and store code.

What you need
  • Your Adobe Commerce or Magento 2 store URL and store code
  • An integration access token with the API resources your workflows need
Make it yours

Ways to adapt it

  • Export invoices, credit memos or shipments instead of orders.
  • Export current stock by source each night for a supplier or 3PL.
  • Send different files to different people, for example one per store view.
  • Write the same rows to MySQL as well, so Power BI can report on them.
