NetSuite Connector service

The team at SPOJIT, a provider of intelligent automation and integration solutions, is very excited to announce a release of Oracle NetSuite connector service. This fully cloud-based integration solution will allow users to extract data from NetSuite, apply business logic, transformation rules to the data and load the data into multiple systems of their choice.

What does the NetSuite connector service offer?

The service configuration is versatile and allows users to access any resource in their NetSuite system.

The NetSuite connector service configuration offers:

Data extract methods

Users can choose to fetch data using the Netsuite REST API, build queries and fetch using SuiteQL, and also fetch custom SuiteAnalytics Workbook Datasets which can be created in the NetSuite system.

Resource selection

Users can choose which NetSuite resource to access - all available NetSuite resources can be accessed (ie Customer, Sales Order, Purchase Order, or Invoice; however there are hundreds of resources available in NetSuite which can be utilised).

Fields filtering

Users can apply filters on the data fields fetched from NetSuite to minimise the data transfer payload and name their data fields on the fly.

Near real-time

Users can choose to schedule their NetSuite workflows or run it on demand using a webhook – a trigger from another application/service.

Connectivity

NetSuite service is a SPOJIT standard service which can be chained in any workflow and paired with all other services available in the Spojit platform.

How do our customers benefit?

Due to the aforementioned connectivity and the versatile configuration, there are countless posibilities of how our users can benefit from the NetSuite connector service.

Some example use cases we have been seeing employ a periodic extraction of sales order or customer data, transformations to other data formats (ie. CSV files), or uploads to an FTP service.

A more interesting use cases we have seen include complete backups of NetSuite data into a separate data store, export of NetSuite saved searches, or use cases which involve a trigger from an outside application to start a workflow, complex data transformations, and load of data to db engines such as Snowflake for further analysis.
