Klaviyo's own reports stay inside Klaviyo, while the business reports everything else in Power BI. Spojit moves the email and SMS numbers across: campaign and flow performance and the events behind them, landed in a database Power BI already reads, then refreshed through the Power BI REST API.
Refreshing a semantic model needs a Microsoft Entra app registration with access to the Power BI workspace, plus a database Power BI reads, such as MySQL or Snowflake. Klaviyo connects with a private API key.
