How it works

The workflow, step by step

    1

    Watch the SFTP folder

    On a schedule, the FTP connector lists the import folder and downloads new files from your ERP, POS or loyalty system.

    Parse and check the CSV

    CSV tools parse the file, check the columns, and drop rows without a valid email or phone number.

    3

    Upsert profiles

    Each row creates or updates a Klaviyo profile with its properties, and profiles are added to the right list.

    Archive the file

    The processed file is moved to an archive folder, so it is never imported twice.

    5

    Export on a schedule

    For the other direction, Klaviyo profiles or events are read, turned into a CSV and uploaded to the export folder.

Doesn't Klaviyo have its own SFTP import?

Klaviyo offers an SFTP import for profiles. Spojit is for when you need your own server, exports as well as imports, events, or validation and mapping before data reaches Klaviyo.

Can it handle large files?

Yes. Rows are processed in batches, and durable execution resumes a long import after a timeout.

Does it support FTPS and SFTP?

Yes. Spojit's FTP connector handles FTP, FTPS and SFTP, with password or key authentication for SFTP.
