Spojit
GAGoogle Address Validation automation

AI address validation

Spojit validates each address with the Google Address Validation API, then an AI agent reviews the ones Google is unsure about: it compares the original and suggested address, fixes obvious typos, and drafts a message to the customer when it cannot decide.

How it works

The workflow, step by step

    1

    Validate with Google

Each new order or customer address goes to the Google Address Validation API, which returns a verdict and a standardized address.

    2

    Pass the clear cases

Confirmed addresses continue without AI, so AI is only used where it adds something.

    3

Let the agent review the rest

For unconfirmed parts, an agent compares the original, the suggestion and the order notes, and decides whether the correction is safe.

    4

    Ask when unsure

If the agent cannot decide, it drafts a short message asking the customer to confirm, for a person to send or approve.

    5

    Record the outcome

The corrected address and the reason are written back to the order or customer record.

How Spojit connects Google Address Validation

Spojit calls the Google Address Validation API with HTTP Requests, using an API key from your Google Cloud project. There is no pre-built tile: Miraxa builds the requests.

What you need
  • A Google Cloud project with billing enabled
  • An API key with the Address Validation API enabled
Make it yours

Ways to adapt it

  • Clean a whole customer list before a migration or a catalogue mailing.
  • Require approval for any change the agent makes to an address on a high-value order.
  • Combine with carrier rate checks so only deliverable addresses get a label.
  • Translate the customer message into the customer's language.
FAQ

Questions, answered

Why use AI on top of Google's verdict?

Google tells you what it could and could not confirm. The agent uses that, plus the order context, to decide what to do, which is the part that usually needs a person.

Does AI change addresses on its own?

Only if you allow it. You can require approval for every change, or only above an order value.

Which systems can it validate?

Any order or customer source Spojit connects to, including Adobe Commerce, WooCommerce, Shopify, BigCommerce and NetSuite.
