Validate shipping addresses automatically

Check every order's address with the Google Address Validation API before it ships, correct what can be corrected, and hold the ones that need a person.

  1. New ordertrigger
  2. Validate addressaction
  3. Check the verdictAI
  4. Fix or holdapproval
  5. Ready to shipdone

A bad address costs a redelivery, a refund or a lost parcel. Spojit adds address validation to the order workflow: each new order's address goes to the Google Address Validation API, confirmed addresses flow on to fulfilment, small fixes are applied, and anything uncertain is held for a person to check.

How Spojit connects Google Address Validation

Spojit calls the Google Address Validation API with HTTP Requests, using an API key from your Google Cloud project. There is no pre-built tile: Miraxa builds the requests.

What you need

What you get

Built for real Google Address Validation work

Verdict-based routing

Use Google's verdict on completeness and confirmed components to decide what ships, what is fixed and what is held.

Standardized addresses

Write back the formatted address Google returns, so carrier labels and records agree.

AI for the grey areas

An agent can compare the original and suggested address and draft the message to the customer.

Integration notes

Good to know about connecting Google Address Validation

The response is a verdict, not a yes or no: it says how complete the address is and which components Google confirmed, inferred or could not confirm. Routing on that verdict is what makes the workflow useful.

Pass the region code with each address. It improves results for countries such as Australia, where the same street name can exist in many suburbs.

Validation is billed per request by Google, so validate once per order at checkout or creation rather than on every status change.

Spojit can apply the standardized address Google returns when the verdict is confident, and hold the order for a person when it is not.

Yes. Spojit has a built-in Adobe Commerce (Magento 2) connector, so new orders can be validated as they arrive.

What is possible depends on your plan and authorized Google Address Validation API access. Some endpoints are gated by the vendor or your account tier, so not every workflow is available on every account from day one. You can request a feature or integration any time, and we will get in touch to figure out how to make it work.
