Unleashed is the inventory system behind a lot of Australian and New Zealand wholesalers and product brands, and most of them need it talking to a store, a 3PL and an accounting system at once. Spojit runs those connections as workflows through the Unleashed API.
Spojit connects to Unleashed through the Unleashed API with HTTP Requests, signing each request with your API ID and key. There is no pre-built tile: Miraxa builds the calls.
- An Unleashed account with API access
- Your API ID and API key (Integration, Unleashed API Access)

Good to know about connecting Unleashed
Every request is signed: an HMAC-SHA256 of the request's query string, keyed with your API key and base64 encoded, sent in the api-auth-signature header with your API ID in api-auth-id. A 403 almost always means the signature was built from a different query string than the one sent.
Unleashed also asks for a client-type header naming your app, so requests from Spojit are identified on your account.
Lists are paged by page number in the path, with the page size as a parameter (200 per page works well) and the total page count in the response. A sync that stops at the first page silently misses most of a product or stock list.
Warehouse codes matter on orders and stock: a sales order without the right warehouse code lands in the default warehouse and throws stock out across sites.
Why teams automate Unleashed on Spojit
With Spojit
- Request signing, paging and warehouse codes are handled, so syncs are complete.
- Request signing and paging are handled, so large product and stock lists sync completely.
- A human approval step can sit in front of purchase orders, so automation never orders stock nobody signed off.

Unleashed automation, answered
Where do I find my Unleashed API ID and key?
In Unleashed, go to Integration, then Unleashed API Access. The API ID and key are listed there for users with the right permissions.
Can Spojit sync stock across several warehouses?
Yes. Stock on hand is read per warehouse, so each channel can be given the quantities from the warehouse that fulfils it.
Does it work with WooCommerce and Shopify?
Yes. Spojit has built-in WooCommerce, Shopify and Adobe Commerce connectors, so orders and stock move between them and Unleashed directly.
What is possible depends on your plan and authorized Unleashed API access. Some endpoints are gated by the vendor or your account tier, so not every workflow is available on every account from day one. You can request a feature or integration any time, and we will get in touch to figure out how to make it work.
