Spojit
NetSuite + Marketo Engage integration

Connect NetSuite to Marketo

When a customer or order changes in NetSuite, Spojit updates the matching Marketo lead and records the purchase. When a Marketo lead is qualified, it creates the lead or prospect in NetSuite. You need a NetSuite integration record with token-based authentication, plus a Marketo LaunchPoint custom service's client ID and secret; describe the workflow and Miraxa builds it.

Marketo Engage knows who engaged, and NetSuite knows who bought. Spojit connects them so marketing can segment on real purchase history and sales sees qualified leads in the ERP. NetSuite is built in, Marketo is reached through its REST API, and bulk imports handle the large first sync.

What you'll need to connect

Marketo connects through a LaunchPoint custom service (client ID and secret) and your Munchkin ID. NetSuite connects with Token-Based Authentication.

The difference

Why teams build this on Spojit

Marketo Engage syncs natively with CRMs such as Salesforce and Dynamics, but not with NetSuite, so teams use middleware. Spojit acts as that middleware with NetSuite built in, Marketo's API limits respected, and the mapping visible in the workflow.

With Spojit

  • NetSuite is built in; Marketo calls are paced inside its limits with token refresh handled.
  • Bulk import for volume, so the daily quota is not spent on single calls.
  • Field mapping lives in the workflow, so NetSuite custom fields are easy to carry across.
FAQ

NetSuite + Marketo Engage, answered

Does Marketo have a native NetSuite sync?

Marketo's native syncs are for CRMs such as Salesforce and Dynamics. NetSuite needs middleware, which Spojit provides.

Can it load all existing customers?

Yes. The first load uses Marketo bulk import, then changes sync as they happen.

Can NetSuite custom fields be synced?

Yes. Any field the token's role can read can be mapped to a Marketo field.

What is possible depends on your plan and authorized API access. Some NetSuite and Marketo Engage endpoints and capabilities are gated by the vendor (for example, parts of an API may require a higher tier, and write access can require a custom or add-on connection on an eligible plan), so not every workflow is available on every account from day one. You can request a feature or integration any time, and we will get in touch to figure out how to make it work.
