Explorate is an Australian digital freight forwarder that pairs a shipment tracking platform with its own forwarding team, and it lets ERP and warehouse systems connect by API. Spojit sits between the two: purchase orders become Explorate bookings, and container and shipment milestones update the inbound records your buyers and warehouse depend on.

How Spojit connects Explorate

Spojit connects to Explorate through its API with HTTP Requests, using an API token from your Explorate account. There is no pre-built tile: Miraxa builds the requests.

What you get

Built for real Explorate work

Bookings from orders

Purchase order data sent to Explorate as bookings, so the forwarder starts from the same numbers your ERP has.

Milestones in your ERP

Shipment status and arrival estimates written back to the purchase order, where buyers already look.

Warehouse handover

Arrivals turned into inbound receipts so receiving is ready before the container lands.

Integration notes

Good to know about connecting Explorate

The API uses a bearer token per account, so one connection covers both booking and tracking calls.

Explorate also accepts CSV, but API bookings keep purchase order references intact, which is what makes milestone updates land on the right ERP record later.

Tie every booking to the purchase order number at creation. Matching shipments back to orders by supplier name and date afterwards is where these integrations usually go wrong.

The difference

Why teams automate Explorate on Spojit

With Spojit

  • Built on an earlier Explorate integration, so the booking and tracking data is already mapped.
  • Connects Explorate to NetSuite, Unleashed, Cin7 Core or any ERP with an API, not just the ones a connector list covers.
  • AI can summarize delays and flag the shipments that need a call, instead of a long status export.
FAQ

Explorate automation, answered

Which ERPs can Spojit connect to Explorate?

NetSuite is built in, and Unleashed, Cin7 Core and other ERPs connect through their APIs. Spojit sits between them and Explorate.

Can we track shipments without booking through the API?

Yes. If bookings are made another way, Spojit can still pull shipment milestones and match them to orders by reference.

Do we need an Explorate account?

Yes. Explorate issues the API token to its customers.

What is possible depends on your plan and authorized Explorate API access. Some endpoints are gated by the vendor or your account tier, so not every workflow is available on every account from day one. You can request a feature or integration any time, and we will get in touch to figure out how to make it work.
