Spojit
NetSuite + WooCommerce integration

Connect WooCommerce to NetSuite

When a WooCommerce order is paid, Spojit creates the NetSuite sales order, matching or creating the customer. When NetSuite records the item fulfillment, it completes the Woo order with tracking. You need a NetSuite integration record with token-based authentication, plus WooCommerce REST API consumer keys; describe the workflow and Miraxa builds it.

WooCommerce takes the order and NetSuite runs the business, and the two have to agree on orders, stock and items every day. Spojit links them with built-in connectors on both sides: orders flow into NetSuite as they are paid, stock and prices flow back, and fulfillments close orders with tracking.

The difference

Why teams build this on Spojit

Oracle's NetSuite Connector supports WooCommerce, and it suits standard order and stock syncs. Spojit is the choice when the mapping is not standard: custom records, several subsidiaries or warehouses, B2B pricing, or extra steps such as address validation and carrier booking in the same flow.

With Spojit

  • Built-in connectors on both sides, built on years of WooCommerce and NetSuite integrations.
  • Custom fields, subsidiaries and odd tax rules are handled in the workflow, not around a fixed mapping.
  • Billed by execution time, not per order.
FAQ

NetSuite + WooCommerce, answered

How is this different from the NetSuite Connector?

The NetSuite Connector covers standard syncs. Spojit adds custom logic, AI steps and other systems in the same workflow, for when the standard mapping does not fit.

Can it handle several warehouses?

Yes. Stock can be read per NetSuite location and mapped to what each store sells from.

Does it need a WooCommerce plugin?

No. Spojit uses the WooCommerce REST API and webhooks.

What is possible depends on your plan and authorized API access. Some NetSuite and WooCommerce endpoints and capabilities are gated by the vendor (for example, parts of an API may require a higher tier, and write access can require a custom or add-on connection on an eligible plan), so not every workflow is available on every account from day one. You can request a feature or integration any time, and we will get in touch to figure out how to make it work.
