Bonds Couriers runs same-day, express and taxi truck work in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth, and business accounts can lodge jobs electronically. Spojit turns that into a workflow that takes an order, builds the job in the format Bonds expects, prints the label and follows the job to delivery.

How Spojit connects Bonds Couriers

Spojit connects to Bonds Couriers through its electronic job upload with HTTP Requests, using the account code, authorization code and branch from your Bonds business account. There is no pre-built tile: Miraxa builds the XML and the requests.

Real error handling

Integration notes

Good to know about connecting Bonds Couriers

Jobs are lodged as XML documents uploaded to Bonds, not as JSON, so the workflow builds the XML from your order and reads XML back.

An upload can return a successful HTTP status while the XML body says the job failed. The workflow checks the message status in the body, not just the status code, before treating a job as booked.

The branch decides where the job is dispatched from, so a business shipping from several sites sets the branch per order rather than once on the account.

The difference

Why teams automate Bonds Couriers on Spojit

With Spojit

  • The XML job format and its error responses are handled for you.
  • Jobs come straight from orders, so nobody rekeys addresses into a portal at the end of the day.
  • Rejected bookings reach a person with the reason attached, instead of being discovered when the courier never arrives.
FAQ

Bonds Couriers automation, answered

Does Bonds have an API?

Bonds supports electronic job lodgement for business accounts. Ask Bonds to enable it for your account, then Spojit can submit jobs from your orders.

What happens if Bonds rejects a job?

Spojit reads the status in Bonds' response, so a rejected job is flagged with its reason and sent to your team instead of being treated as booked.

Can we ship from more than one Bonds branch?

Yes. The branch can be set per order, for example from the warehouse that fulfils it.

What is possible depends on your plan and authorized Bonds Couriers API access. Some endpoints are gated by the vendor or your account tier, so not every workflow is available on every account from day one. You can request a feature or integration any time, and we will get in touch to figure out how to make it work.
