Salesforce is only as good as the data in it. With a Salesforce Hosted MCP Server connected, a Spojit workflow can create leads from inbound email, update opportunities from signals in other systems, and pull account context into an agent before it drafts a reply, all under the permissions of the signed-in user.

Connecting it

A Salesforce admin creates an External Client App with the mcp_api and refresh_token scopes and JWT-based access tokens. You paste the server URL from Setup, and Spojit prefills the sign-in form for the app's consumer key and secret.

Why do calls fail after sign-in?

Salesforce Hosted MCP Servers need JWT-based access tokens. Enable them on the External Client App and reconnect.

Does it work with sandboxes?

Yes. Copy the server URL from the sandbox org; production and sandbox URLs differ.
