Jira and Confluence hold the work and the knowledge, but keeping them current is manual. With the Atlassian Rovo MCP server connected, a Spojit workflow can turn a support ticket into a Jira issue, write release notes into Confluence, or answer a question from your pages. Admins keep control of which AI tools may connect.
An Atlassian organization admin allows the Spojit domain under Rovo MCP server settings. You then paste the server URL and sign in, or use an API token when an admin has enabled token authentication.

Atlassian (Jira & Confluence), answered
Why does sign-in say the domain is blocked?
Atlassian blocks OAuth clients from domains that are not on your organization's list. An organization admin adds the Spojit domain under Rovo, Rovo MCP server.
Can workflows run without a person signing in?
Yes. If your admin enables API token authentication, connect with an API token for unattended workflows.
Which tools are available?
Atlassian hosts and curates the MCP server, so the tool list is theirs and can change. See Atlassian's MCP documentation, linked from our setup guide, for the current set.
What is possible depends on your plan and authorized access. The Atlassian (Jira & Confluence) MCP server is hosted by Atlassian, so its availability, tool surface, and any usage limits are set by Atlassian. You can request a feature or integration any time, and we will get in touch to figure out how to make it work.
