The workflow, step by step

    Read the source of truth

    Quantities come from NetSuite, Unleashed, Cin7 Core, a 3PL's API, or a stock file dropped on SFTP or emailed by a supplier.

    Map warehouses to sources

    Each warehouse or location is mapped to a Magento inventory source, so multi-source stock stays correct.

    Compare before writing

    Current source items are read from Magento, and only the SKUs whose quantity changed are updated.

    Update source items

    Changed quantities and stock status are written to Magento through the REST API in batches.

    Report exceptions

    SKUs that exist in one system but not the other are listed for the team instead of failing the run.

Which systems can stock come from?

NetSuite is built in, Unleashed and Cin7 Core connect through their APIs, and files can come from SFTP or email.
